Hi, I’m Melanie.

I’m a retired teacher with a Master’s degree in Special Education. I began my career as a classroom and resource teacher in an elementary school, supporting students with a wide range of special needs.

I worked at the School Board’s Special Education Student Services department, including 10 years on the Autism team. There I partnered with parents and teachers to build educational programs for students in elementary and high school.

For the last 8 years, I have volunteered at the Canada-Ukraine Summer Institute, where I teach Autism and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles to educators in Ukraine.

Helping parents, teachers and children grow and reach their full potential has been the most rewarding part of my work, and it’s why I created Behaviour Support 4 All.
